Super service!

I went to Ongles Régal at Walmart Terrebonne for a pedicure and unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. To be clear, I am not a difficult client and I almost never leave negative reviews. I’ve been getting pedicures regularly since I was 15 and I have never bled during a service before. The pedicure was extremely painful from start to finish. The technician repeatedly cut my skin to the point where I was bleeding, and my brand-new white socks were stained afterward. I paid $60 and left hurt and uncomfortable instead of relaxed. I contacted them privately on multiple platforms with videos and photos to give them the opportunity to address the situation, but I never received any response. This isn’t about preference or being picky, basic care and safety standards were not respected. A pedicure should never result in injuries. I hope management takes this seriously so it doesn’t happen to other clients.

My experience this past Saturday at Regal was amazing! Tina, who received me when I arrived is a beautiful, kind, hard working person who is fantastic at what she does. Coffee offered to all clients, and she even went to get me non dairy milk because I'm vegan.🙏 Catherine, who did my mani/pedi is FANTASTIC! ⭐ I have extremely sensitive finger nails and toe nails. Catherine was gentle, careful and professional. She took my ruined nails and turned them into beauty once again. I can't say enough about my experience at Regal Nails in Repentigny except that I just moved to Toronto, and I wish I could take Catherine with me!! ❤️

I was very disapinted today ! I had received an email saying that I would get 20% off and when came time to pay, the owner told me that they do not send those type of emails "must be head office, I will call them". Via that same email, I was abble to book the appointement at this location and the price was 35$. I got charged 40$ and no 20% off, because email ame suposedly from head office and the pedi is 40$ and not 35$ as indicated. My friend sitting right beside me, same type of pedicure, but it lasted 15 mins longer, because she got a nice long message with a worm towel ... Me ... No massage, no nothing. When my estitician came back, her 2 collegues told her that she haden't given me a massage, and she said that she did 😟 I am so disapointed and feel as though I was taken advantage of 😟 I will gladely take down this review if the spa would get in touch with me, appologize for their mistake and offer me a "real" pedi as it should be 🌻 I hope they will.
